His Original Biography
From Demba Kunda to the Qur'an
Born on 10 February 1987 in Demba Kunda, The Gambia, Muhammad Jola Camara began his educational journey in his village at the school of the Salafi Islamic Association. His early inclination toward the Qur'an led him to the Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah Qur'anic School in Bantan, where he studied under Sheikh Ahmad Somali.
In 2001, he completed the memorization of the Holy Qur'an a foundational achievement that shaped his entire future path as a teacher and educator.
An Academic Path to Sudan
After completing his Hifz, he joined the Islamic Institute in Banjul, completing his preparatory and secondary studies in the academic year 2006/2007. Seeking higher Islamic education, he traveled to Sudan.
Hifz al-Qur'an Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah School
Certificate of memorization of the Holy Qur'an, with proficiency and Tajweed, under the supervision of Sheikh Ahmad Somali.

Completed secondary studies at the Islamic Institute, building the academic foundation for university education.

Traveled to Sudan and enrolled at the International University of Africa, Faculty of the Holy Qur'an. Obtained his Bachelor's degree in Qur'anic studies.

Continued his postgraduate studies at the University of the Holy Qur'an and Islamic Sciences in Sudan, earning his Master's degree in Qur'anic and Islamic sciences.
